Ever heard of exercise trampolines? Most of us do not get enough exercise; that is a fact. There are many excuses for us not exercising. Sometimes we don't have time and other times it's simply too much hard work. Well, there is a solution at hand-it's called trampolining.

Trampolining is easy to do and great fun for everyone involved. It affords laughter, excitement and relaxation. Besides these obvious benefits ,trampolining is also a great cardiovascular activity.

Trampolining helps develop spatial awareness, coordination, fitness and nimbleness. It also improves reactions and can help improve attentiveness. Another significant factor is the benefit trampolining has on our Lymphatic system.

The Lymphatic system is a non-circulatory system that the body uses to eliminate toxins. This system does not have a pump ,as the blood system has the heart. The system depends on activity and gravity to provide fluid motion through the system.

It's easy to understand the effect that bouncing will have on this system. At the bottom of each bounce, the body can experience a force of 2G or twice the downward pressure gravity exerted on the body when resting. Similarly, at the top of the bounce and through the downward transition, the body experiences much less gravity.

This activity enables movement in the body's lymphatic system which benefits the entire system. This is the case with both trampolining and rebounding.

There are also the social implications of owning a trampoline. Trampolining is a great workout to do with friends, because often 2 or 3 people can fit on the trampoline at the same time.

Trampolining is a low impact aerobic exercise and therefore reduces the risk of skeletal, joint or ligament injury that other sporting activities can cause. The bottom line: have fun and get fit with an exercise trampoline; it's one of the best activities you can do to achieve optimum health.
